Press Release: May 9, 2025 By MeritTV - DALLAS (May 9, 2025) — Dr. Phil’s MeritTV, the multiplatform TV network founded by Dr. Phil McGraw, is set to air a double-header of live matches for the TCL Team Boxing League this Friday, May 9, at 9 PM ET and Saturday, May 10 at 8 PM ET across broadcast, cable, streaming, FAST platforms, and the network’s free app, MeritTV.
The TCL Team Boxing League’s third season continues with high-energy matchups as teams composed of rising stars and veteran athletes go head-to-head in 12 different weight classes. With a team-based ownership model, every punch counts towards the team’s total performance, adding an exciting new dynamic to the world of professional boxing.

Friday, May 9th, at Worldwide Stages, Nashville:
9 PM ET – Nashville Smash vs. Miami Assassins
Immediately following – Atlanta Attack vs. Dallas Enforcers
Saturday, May 10th at Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium, South Carolina:
8 PM ET – Houston Hitmen vs. LA Elite
Immediately following – Phoenix Fury vs. Las Vegas Hustle
The following weekend features San Antonio vs. Dallas, Houston vs. Atlanta, New York City vs. Las Vegas, and Boston vs. Philadelphia. As part of a global media partnership announced earlier this year, approximately 20 weekends of TCL Boxing will air exclusively on MeritTV. The culmination of play-off rounds and final battles takes place throughout July and August.
