Dib-Farmer Weights

The official weigh-in for Friday’s Boxing card at Technology Park in New South Wales, Australia headlined by a battle for the vacant IBF Jr. Lightweight world championship between former two-time world champion Billy Dib and top contender Tevin Farmer took place earlier today. The official weights for the entire card are as follows.

Main Event: Vacant IBF Jr. Lightweight world championship – 12Rds.

Billy Dib 129 1/2lbs. vs. Tevin Farmer 129 1/2lbs.

Asian Boxing Council Continental Jr. Middleweight championship – 10Rds.

Tim Tszyu (Champion) 153lbs. vs. Steve Ferdinandus 151 1/4lbs.

Bantamweight – 10Rds*.

Yotchanchiai Yakaeo 117 1/2lbs. vs. Brock Jarvis 121lbs.

(*Javis weighed in three pounds over the 118lb. Bantamweight limit. Fight still to take place as scheduled as of this writing.)

Australian NSW State Super-Middleweight championship – 8Rds

Isaac Buckley (Champion) 166 1/4lbs. vs. Mateo Tapia 167lbs.

Jr. Middleweight – 4Rds.*

Danilo Creati 152 1/2lbs. vs. Salih Ozdemir 152 1/4lbs.

(* Both Creati and Ozdemir will be making their pro debuts on this card.)

Jr. Welterweight – 4Rds.

Jed Arians 137 1/2lbs. vs. Ben Campbell 137lbs.

Dib vs. Farmer takes place tomorrow night (Friday, August 3rd) at Technology Park in New South Wales, Australia.
