The
official weigh-in for Thursday’s twelve round International Boxing Federation (IBF)
Jr. Featherweight world championship fight between defending champion Ryosuke Iwasa
and undefeated IBF number one contender TJ Doheny took place earlier today in
Tokyo, Japan. The defending champion, who will be making the second defense of
his world championship came in at an official 121 3/4lbs. while the challenger
weighed in right at the Jr. Featherweight limit of 122lbs. Iwasa vs. Doheny
will headline a five-bout card at Tokyo’s Korakuen Hall.
